Terms of Service

By using NicheAudit you agree to these terms.

What the service is

NicheAudit is a read-only diagnostic tool. It scans a public website you specify and returns findings plus suggested remediation prompts you run yourself in your own AI tool.
It never logs in to, writes to, publishes on, edits, or deletes anything on any site.
The $49 audit is a one-time purchase for a single site, including a 30-day re-scan window for that site.

No guarantee

Findings and the structural score reflect only the automated checks we run — they are one input among many and are not a prediction or guarantee of Google AdSense approval or any other outcome. You are responsible for the changes you choose to make.

Acceptable use

Scan only sites you own or have permission to audit. Don't use the service to attack, overload, or probe sites you don't control.

Liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, NicheAudit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
